Pat, Graham, Nick and Families would like to thank all
those who attended David's funeral recently and gave so
generously to the Nightingale Macmillan Unit and
Hulland Methodist Chapel, also for all the many messages
of support received.
Thank you, too, to Dr Ian Macleod and all at Ashbourne
Health Centre for their help and kindness, lastly to
H. Lee & Son Funeral Directors for their care and
understanding.
